SHIPPING INFO

All orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)  will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Please note that for domestic orders, there is a flat rate shipping cost of 4€.

International orders are calculated depending on your location.

** Pre-order items will be processed and shipped with 15-20 days.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept return of any unworn item within 6-8 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will only be made upon receipt of returned items. Please note that SALE items are non-refundable but we do offer an exchange with free shipping. To obtain a return authorization with a RMA number, please e-mail us at info@baroosswimwear.com with a brief explanation of your return. Please write the RMA on the invoice and on the outside of the return box. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Baroos Swimwear for a refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We accept return of any unworn item within 6-8 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item, minus original shipping charges. Please note your banking institution or Credit Card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once the return has been processed. 
Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, baroosswimwear.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. Please note that SALE items are non-refundable.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. A shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive one please email sales@baroosswimwear.com and let us know.

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR COURIERS?

Once you receive the shipment confirmation email with the tracking number, it will include a web link to our corresponded courier website that provides all the information you need, such as tracking your order , phone number etc.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Domestic Shipping :

SPPEDEX courier delivers 1-5 working days after processing.

International Shipping :

DHL courier that takes 3-10 working days after processing.

*Baroos Swimwear is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.

*Any custom fees will be charged to the recipient.
